CrewCard is a workforce management platform designed to streamline staff scheduling, compliance, and communication. As part of their website redesign, I was responsible for creating industry-specific landing pages and an interactive product tour page. My focus was on communicating complex product features in a clear, engaging, and user-friendly way, while maintaining consistency with CrewCard’s brand identity.
CrewCard needed to improve its website presence to better highlight:
- How its product serves different industries (e.g., healthcare, events, hospitality).
- The value of its platform through an engaging, visual-first product tour.
The challenge was to balance professional credibility with approachability, ensuring that the site spoke effectively to diverse audiences while keeping the design consistent and intuitive.
I analysed competitor websites and industry-specific landing pages to identify best practices in information hierarchy, tone, and visuals. User feedback indicated that audiences wanted quick, scannable insights into how CrewCard’s solution fits their industry, without needing to navigate through dense text. For the product tour, the goal was to create an interactive, guided experience that simplifies understanding of the platform’s features.
Using a content-first approach, I collaborated with stakeholders to map the key messages and unique selling points for the healthcare industry page. I structured the page to present information in digestible sections, supported by icons, imagery, and call-to-action buttons.
For the product tour page, I designed an interactive layout that integrates video demonstrations with supporting text, making it easy for users to follow along while staying engaged. Wireframes were created in Figma, tested internally for clarity, and then refined into high-fidelity designs consistent with CrewCard’s design system.
The final design delivered a clear and engaging experience across both the healthcare industry page and the product tour page. For the industry page, I created a structured layout that highlights CrewCard’s unique value in healthcare through concise content blocks, supportive imagery, and strategically placed calls to action, making information easy to scan while maintaining a professional tone. To communicate the platform’s functionality, the product tour page was designed as an interactive, video-led experience that guides users step by step through key features, supported by simple navigation and explanatory text. Both pages were built using consistent visual elements and accessible design practices, ensuring brand alignment and usability across devices. Together, these solutions simplified complex information, improved user engagement, and positioned CrewCard as a reliable, user-friendly workforce management solution.
