9 Creation is a interior Design firm with extensive experience in both residential and commerical spaces. The firm is committed to providing personalized services, ensuring that every project meets the specific needs and preferences of its clients. Their website plays a crucial role in showcasing their portfolio, services, and unique offerings like free 3D visualization drawings for potential clients who visit their showroom.
The primary challenge was to enhance user engagement on the website by making it more intuitive and visually appealing. Potential clients needed an easy way to understand the services offered, see examples of past projects, and feel encouraged to book a consultation. The goal was to create a user-friendly, informative, and visually engaging website that reflects the firm’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
To address these challenges, I had to redesign the site's architecture to ensure easy access to services, portfolio, and contact information, enhanced the visual design of the site incorporated interactive elements and a modern design to retain user interest, develop content that highlights the firm's experience, approach and success stories. Additionally, I have implemented features like virtual tours to encourage user interaction.
The project began with a comprehensive onboarding form and an initial meeting to understand the brand, its target audience, goals, and desired website features. This was followed by extensive research, including a website audit and competitor research to identify areas for improvement and new features. Furthermore, i have conducted interviews with existing clients to gather insights on thier needs and expectations. Using the research and qualitative findings, I was able to create a sitemap and low-fidelity wireframes.
To ensure the site met user needs and expectations, extensive user research was conducted in our final prototyping phase. Surveys were distributed to a larger audience to gather quantitative data on user satisfaction and usability, focusing on metrics such as visual appeal, information satisfaction, likelihood of recommending the website, and overall user satisfaction. In-depth interviews with clients provided insights into their journey, pain points, and desired improvements. Additionally, usability tests were conducted to identify any issues with the new design, and website analytics were reviewed to pinpoint patterns in user behavior, particularly regarding bounce rates, time on site, and conversion rates. This comprehensive approach ensured the redesigned website was tailored to user preferences and needs.
